I am based in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. I work with US clients across all time zones and structure my day around your business hours. Most tasks get completed while you sleep so you wake up to work already done.
Yes. I hold a HIPAA compliance certificate and treat every piece of sensitive information with full confidentiality. For all healthcare and mental health clients, a signed NDA is included in our agreement at no extra cost.
You deal only with me. I personally supervise the entire team of 7 and coordinate everything internally. You message Hannah, Hannah handles the rest. One point of contact, full accountability.
Very fast. After our discovery call, we move into a 30-minute onboarding session to map your workflows. By week one your backend is already running. No lengthy setup, no unnecessary back and forth.
That is perfectly fine. Many of my best client relationships started small and grew over time. We start exactly where you need me and scale from there at your pace.

No long contracts. We start with a minimum of 4 weeks so you can see real results first. My goal is to earn your trust week by week, not lock you in. Clients who stay do so because the work speaks for itself.
However works best for you. Most clients use email, Slack, or WhatsApp. I am responsive and provide regular updates so you are never left wondering what is happening.
All payments are in USD via Wise, PayPal, or direct bank transfer. Packages are billed weekly in advance. The first week acts as your paid trial so you can see the work in action before committing further.
